Autel Support is typically not available on this forum to grant your request .You need to call Autel support in your geographic region with unit serial number and register password found in "About"and request the language change is authorized. The tool still needs to be within the update period, factory reset, language chosen  and registered to you and all the vehicle software re-downloaded in your chosen language for your geographic region.
